Bad quality and taste with poor customer service. Angoor Rabdi purchased today was disgusting, milk thickness was like water . Cashiers were so rude and didn’t keep an eye on who’s in the queue or all they care about money coming in to the till .. literally no smile or no saying thank you . I had to write this because it happened to me twice this week . First Kaju katli and now angoor rabdi , both were such a bad quality. I didn’t expect this from Kaka Halwai . I went there because it’s closer to my house but now never ever going there .

Do yourself a favour Go to Purohit sweets or Chitale or Sirvi bandhoo sweets nearby and you will thank me .

Dear Kaka Halwai Team and Management, I bought half kg Dhokla from your Kakahalwai Pune Satara branch. After eating it my mom started loose motions.(We had to take to hospital) When I checked, it was stale and smelling bad so we have to throw it. Please kindly check the product before you pack. We never know what you are packing (when it was cook) some time people in hurry and believe the product is fresh and healthy.Do not play with food and health of people. The billing system is actually good as they have a biometric cart system. The food stall outside it famous for chole bhature, and to say, truly it was great for the cost of a cent. The service was good and they provide extras too. The drinks are a bit expensive tho. The sweets inside the shop are reasonable priced and great variery too. Must try the mava chop and rajbhog. Apart from that, it is a mini confectionery and it sells various salt chips too. Oppsite to it is Panchami hotel, which is also a considerable option for a full course meal.
