Worst ticket booking centre ever.We have booked for 4 tickets from Pune to Kolhapur seat no1,2,13,14 and took money 1600 (400 each)Neeta travels a/c seater .At last movement when I reached in bus I found that there were only 2 tickets booked and 2 tickets were not booked at all. When we asked ticket booking owner about it he started fighting against us and not taking any responsibility about it and were telling us that," I didn't booked your bus ticket ask the person who have booked your ticket and he was not on duty that time ,Call and ask him ". We had booked tickets in afternoon and were waiting there for bus till5.00 pm.At last movement that is 5.30 pm after fighting he gave us refund and didn't even made any arrangement of another bus . I had to go to Kolhapur urgently but due to this incident I have to spend one more...

This is a decent place... But there is no special section in the restaurant for an ac seating arrangement. They entire restaurant is a non ac facility. Maybe the rooms starts from the first floor might have an ac service but I won't comment on the hotel services as I was visiting that place only for a quick lunch. Overall the quality and taste of the food served here is nice and the charges are not exorbitant too. So I might suggest this place for a quick lunch if you're headed out somewhere and you want a normal lunch.... This place is located near the bus depot hence is makes an attraction for the people to have they're lunch while they're waiting for the respective...

The most worst hotel for stay. cockroaches in every corner of the room, door matts to b put in garbage, pathetic staff,no service available, bedding is hard cudn't sleep properly, intercom not working,no staff is bothered to provide service or have concern towards the customer. Room rates are high compared to nearby hotels/ lodge. Sorry to say about food but it is disgusting, better have wada pav outside somewhere. Inshort don't think of choosing this hotel it will b sheer waste of money. Not worth of single star but we hve to select for further post.

It's a good place to visit and have food 🍲 😋. The hotel is located at the prime location near Swargate bus stand 🚌. The premise is good and clean as well maintained. You will get difference food 🍲 items as Panjabi, continental, Maharashtrian, especially the Non Veg food 🐔 🐔 etc. The service is also fast and is worth for your money 💵. Charges are reasonable 💵 💸 💰. Take away facility is also available.
