To be candid, the standard of service was unsatisfactory, particularly given the establishment's lack of patronage at the time. While a call button was provided, it appeared to be non-functional. A considerable duration of approximately four to five minutes elapsed before a staff member acknowledged our presence, despite our attempts to signal them. Such a delay would be understandable under conditions of high customer volume; however, the establishment was remarkably empty. Furthermore, the glassware provided for beverages was in a subpar state, exhibiting visible blemishes. The cutlery, too, displayed signs of wear and tear, appearing significantly scratched. Additionally, the table setting lacked knives, an omission that is difficult to overlook. While culinary preferences are subjective, the margarita was notably deficient in flavor. Worst experience...have visited quite few times and wasted thousands of money today ..over priced...the liit was 1100 rupees and.the liquor ordered was simply water..and when questioned.they asked us to pay extra ie punch with more liquor..the food service quality was extremely poor...just cold food..and if asked to re heat .took too long..Inspite of the reservation..got high chairs..and one of the waiters just kept on encroaching our already limited area with others cakes n stuff...tried to reach the managers multiple times...none of the waiters conveyed the msg..and if by chance once they did .they managers were busy on their phones or just pretending to be...and when asked what about the review ..the staff replied...no one cares...

This place offered 3 options in craft beer, lager, ale and kiwi. Beer is decent, but over expensive. ₹385 for 330ml is something i’ve never seen. They do not have a standard measurement of 500ml either. Food and mocktails are very expensive as well. Rooftop seating is good, but the service is extremely slow. Staff seems untrained and illiterate, and management is utterly disappointing. They have no understanding of hospitality, cheating customers by making up their own rules on not permitting payments through SwiggyDineout or ZomatoGold. They don’t even provide a proper paper bill unless asked for 10 times.
