The Beer Café — Restaurant in Punjab

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience at Beer Cafe was absolutely terrible. We ordered our food while dining in and ended up waiting over an hour and a half—with constant delays and excuses from the staff, who kept saying, “it will be just 5 more minutes.” Despite the endless wait, our order never arrived. To top it off, the staff, including the chef, was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. This wasn’t just a service issue; it was a complete disrespect for customers’ time and patience. Beer Cafe needs a serious overhaul in terms of management, staff training, and basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values...

This is the worst place to visit at... Pathetic service nobody responded to your order even after asking several times... Took atleast 1 and half hour to deliver regular orders.. will not recommend anyone...please stay away from such useless places..👎👎👎👎

Good place to grab a drink and to chill out. I've been twice, it has a good ambience on the weekend and the music played is upbeat and modern. Wide selection of beers on choice although they advertise western beers which they don't have, so cant say what else might be missing. I did not eat here but the menu seems western cattered, which goes well with a beer I suppose. Staff are really courteous and friendly.
