This complex is bit unmanaged and unorganised kind of place. You can't consider it as a sophisticated & clean shopping complex or a mall.

There are lots of food and drink shops, departmental stores, fitness centre, electronic store and a cimena hall as well. But cleanliness and maintenance doesn't seem to be in the responsibilities and priorities of the owner of this place.

Wherever you look there is filth and flies buzzing, the floor and tiles are broken. Infact when you enter this premises it feels like you are entering a ruin.

Toilets found bit clean but there was no hand wash available.

The area near cinema hall still looks some neat but rest of looks like a garbage dump area.

There is required a lot of improvement and changes.

The complex definitely has great potential — a good mix of food joints ranging from economical options to high-end outlets. However, the overall experience is disappointing due to poor management and hygiene.

Parking space is limited, and basement parking is still not fully operational.

Cleanliness and surroundings are not maintained properly — both the complex authority and shop owners need to take stronger responsibility.

Very bad infrastructure of G3S cinema 🎥. I highly not recommend the M row seats. As it have a steel bar in front of you and you can't see the movie 🎥 while in replying position. The boundaries made my the steel bar is broken and can hit anyone who is going to pass through there. Or someone who sits in that particular row.
