Dine-in Experience: I visited BTW for brunch and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and prompt. The dining area had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended Dishes: I tried several dishes during my visit, and I highly recommend the following: Pav Bhaji – Authentic and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. Raj Kachori – Crispy and packed with tangy flavors, one of the best I've had. Chhole Bhature – Soft bhature with perfectly spiced chhole; a must-try. Dahi Bhalla – Light, refreshing, and flavorful, a great appetizer. BTW Special Thali – A well-rounded meal with a variety of dishes that give you a taste of everything. Chena Toast – A unique and delicious dessert option. Tandoori Platter – A mix of grilled delights, perfect for sharing. Plain Dosa – Crispy and perfectly complemented by the sambar and chutneys. Bittoo Tikki – A crunchy and spicy street food item. Moong Dal Halwa – A rich and indulgent dessert. Bhalla Papri Chaat – Tangy and crunchy, this chaat was delightful. Besan Ladoo – A traditional dessert that melts in your mouth. Gajar Ka Halwa – Sweet and comforting, just how a perfect Gajar Ka Halwa should be. Jalebi – Crispy and sugary, a great way to end the meal. Ghevar – A Rajasthani delicacy that was well-prepared. Rabri Faluda – A rich and creamy dessert, perfect to cool off after a spicy meal. Paneer Dosa – An interesting twist on the classic dosa. Executive Thali – A great option for those who want a premium thali experience. Overall Experience: BTW offers a delightful combination of Indian street food and traditional dishes. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing brunch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience at a reasonable price!

I recently tried BTW Panjeeri Laddu for the first time after bringing it back from India to Japan. These laddus have a rich and traditional taste, and overall, they are quite enjoyable. The texture is soft, and the flavor carries the familiar warmth of panjeeri-based sweets. However, I found them a bit on the sweeter side. A slight reduction in sugar would allow the natural ingredients to shine better. Additionally, increasing the amount of Gram flour and Desi ghee could improve the binding, making the laddus hold together more cohesively. For ₹300 per 500 grams, the price feels a bit high, especially considering the sugar content. Incorporating additional nuts like cashews or even saffron could elevate the flavor profile, making the laddus more indulgent and well-rounded for the cost. Overall, they’re a delightful treat with room for some fine-tuning to enhance their texture and balance of flavors. If BTW makes adjustments, this product could be even more satisfying!

I visited the Ramlila Mela at Sector 11, Rohini, and saw that BTW was the caterer — which initially gave me confidence that the food quality would be great. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered Romali, Kathi, Kebab, and Rabdi Falooda, but all of them turned out to be of substandard quality. The taste and preparation did not meet expectations at all, and it completely ruined the experience of enjoying food at the Mela. I genuinely did not expect such low-quality food from a brand like BTW.

I am writing this review in absolute disgust with the service provided by BTW, Sector 11. I placed an order through Swiggy and was delivered one item short. What followed was a complete joke and an insult to a paying customer. I called the restaurant politely, and they assured me they'd send the missing item "soon." Forty-five minutes later, with my guests waiting, I called back. The person on the phone had the audacity to give me the same exact canned response, saying the delivery partner was "out for delivery" as if I hadn't just waited patiently for nearly an hour. When I finally expressed my frustration and firmly asked for a concrete delivery timeline, their attitude shifted completely. Instead of providing a solution, they told me to "raise a complaint" as if they couldn't care less. This is not how you treat customers. This is arrogance and a complete lack of accountability. This establishment shows no respect for its customers or its commitments. Swiggy needs to take this seriously. Restaurants like BTW, Sector 11, that demonstrate such blatant incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction should not be allowed to serve. This is not just bad service; it's a...
