Giani's Ice Cream — Local services in Rohini

I have visited this store on 31sr mar night 9oclock and have order 5 kuchni sundaes...the Sikh guy who was there he started preparing. While preparing he was taking only a single scratch from icreams instead of scoop(which ideally should be a ball of icecream) and i have asked him to make a proper scoop,why I asked because I am having this kuch ni sundaes sinces 2010 atleast that's why I know what all they put and how they put...when I reachd home and thought of having my ice cream it was only having fruits and brownie. The quantity was not even as per the Giani's standard...hence very unhappy with this store i am a regular customer of sector 7 rohini store....but very...

The worst experience with this Sikh guy. Such an arrogant n batameez person, he doesn't know to treat d customers. He is just spoiling d reputation of old n trusted name of Gainis. We visited Gainis at 9 o'clock at night n he refuses to give us n simply says abhi maal aaya hua hai abhi tym lagega. We waited for 15 mins n visited again after 15 mins nhe again refuses, he even didn't opened d door. If this is d way you treat your customer i wud suggest nobody to visit this branch. I don't know about others, but for me, Giani's is simply one of the best when it comes to ice cream.

I'm a big fan of Cassata, and they serve a really good one - rich and satisfying. This outlet may not be very large, but the service is prompt and friendly.
