While the outlet is relatively compact, with only about 11 small tables and a mix of sofas and chairs, it offers a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. As with other Chaayos locations, the standout feature here is their extensive variety of teas and snacks. Whether you're in the mood for Cutting chai, Masala chai, or lemongrass (you can opt for kullad) or one of their many iced tea flavors, there's something for every palate. I particularly enjoy their customizable Desi chai, which you can enhance with options like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, lemongrass and many more. In addition to their impressive tea selection, Chaayos even offers filter coffee and a range of snacks that pairs perfectly with any beverage up go for. The menu includes pakodas, palak patta chaat, parathas, poha, bun maska, sandwiches, samosa chat, and a few cakes. They also sell premix tea blends such as masala chai mix and adrak chai mix, ilaichi along with packaged teatime snacks like mathris n cookies. Chaayos @ Saket is a refreshing spot for a tea break or chai pe charcha no matter you are solo, with ur family, friends or colleagues, offering both a great variety of teas and snacks. It's a top choice for tea enthusiasts, and I personally find it superior to Wag Barki Lounge, Saket, in terms of both affordability and variety. Highly recommended...

Kashish walked in for a chai — ended up dropping ₹1000+ like loose change.

Why? Because the guy didn’t just serve, he sold. Upsold me 3 tea packs for home like he was pitching equity in a unicorn.

Respect🫡 You don’t sell me easy. So if you cracked that? You’re built different.

Give this man a raise or rename the outlet after him.

But don’t confuse hustle with quality.

☕️Chai? Good—but at this price, don’t give me regular. Give me ritual. Where’s the sugar-free pills? Where’s the stevia drops?

I expect detail, not default.

People don’t remember ambience. They remember how they felt after the first sip.

And that? Fell flat.

I order a vada pav and a desi chai, I said on the table for 10 minutes and when the staff was serving Green tea/Black tea to someone else , he spilled the hot tea on me. I got minor burns , not much thankfully, but my sweatshirt got stains. The glass cup shattered on the ground and it was because of hurry and carelessness of staff. I was sitting there peacefully and this happened, other staff came running to me and said sorry again n again and just sorry. I felt humiliated and asked for refund, and at this moment they realised they should give me refund and free food. I left without eating or drinking, too...
