Croma - Karkhana — Local services in Telangana

I have been to the store a couple of days back first of I was totally disappointed with the customer service I didn't really feel the attention from the sales promoters arent upto the mark I have shopped apple se watch worth 30000 but truly speaking I really worth of taking it by that time it was billed already keeping the first experience I have tried the second purchase worth 6000 but I didn't see any of the sales promoter showing an attention nor explaining about the product I have almost checked for 15 min I didn't see the response from any of them either... Thank God I didn't buyed I would have wasted 6000 already as I have already wasted 30k I regret purchasing it.... No matter how the customer is he may buy or he may visit in the next go and buy the product.....if the customer service isn't that great and 💯 disappointing its of no use u visit the store..... I don't recommend my people to visit this store.... When u don't bother about the customer nor u make the customer to wait for that long no one would show interest in buying.... Iam totally disappointed with service I rate only one star for the customer service,waiting for the billing and the other product...

The experience with this specific location store is terrible. Becareful about the sales and billing people. I had interacted with Guru, the sales person. We were able to get a TV for which he didn't give us much deal. Infact, I had told him during the discussion about the exchange of TV with my old one. He and the whole sales team was more interested in selling various products but not interested in customer satisfaction. After finalizing and purchasing the TV, he not only forgot about adding our old TV for exchange but kept stalling for 1 month that he'll work a way to take the old TV but failed. Now, on top of not fixing the exchange issue he's blaming us that we denied the exchange of TV. Highly unprofessional!!!. He now wants me to buy something so he can offer exchange of TV. I Regret buying my TV from this store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! YOU'RE LOOKING AT TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BEYOND.

Update: The corporate office reached out to the Croma-Karkhana store. They called me and insisted they can't help me unless i buy another item from their store. I've given up on this resolution and not going back to Croma-Karkhana ever even if products...

I had a very disappointing experience with the Samsung team at this branch. We were interested in purchasing the Samsung A55 and inquired about a discount. Initially, they agreed to a price of ₹40,000. However, upon mentioning that we found the same model for ₹36,000 at a nearby store, the salesperson, who had been very polite, finally agreed to sell it for ₹37,000.

After about 10 minutes, he disappeared and kept us waiting for 20 more minutes, despite knowing we were in a rush to catch a bus. When he returned, he informed us that the color we wanted was unavailable, and we agreed to take a different color. But then, he falsely claimed that the model itself was out of stock at this branch and would need to be delivered later — all while being aware that we do not reside in Hyderabad.They have to think twice or thrice before agreeing on the final price.

It felt incredibly misleading, and I won't ever purchase anything from Croma again because of this experience. I also wouldn't recommend it to...
