I gave a one star mainly for the service. Ordered three sundaes and one of them was ‘Fresh Fruit and Nuts’ which btw has two fruits (apple and pineapple) and strawberry ice cream. Now we assumed the ice cream would be vanilla; nothing was really mentioned in the menu except for the name of the sundae. Just to confirm we asked the waiter about the ice cream like a minute after we ordered and it was actually strawberry. Ofc wanting to change it we asked them if we could switch out the strawberry for the vanilla but the manager straight up refused and btw vanilla is cheaper than strawberry. So naturally we asked them cancel the order. The manager refused to do that too saying that they started making the order already. In a shop like this you can see them making the ice cream and ofc they hadn’t started anything. But still ofc they refused. The other sundaes we ordered were their ‘make your own concept’ which has 2 scoops of choice and 5 toppings of choice. And ofc they forgot to put one of the topping in and we had to ask for it after. Oh and the fresh fruit and nuts sundae didn’t have any nuts. At this point we got so exhausted we didn’t even argue about it. I don’t know if this is how it is at every cream stone or just this branch but this was my first time here and safe to stay I won’t be coming back to any cream stone...

The staff members were sweet and humble, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place. I tried their delicious ice creams, which were as good as expected.

However, I was disappointed when I requested an e-bill or a physical bill, and the staff member, Mozimul Rahim, denied providing it. This was unexpected and not in line with good customer service standards. I hope the management looks into this issue and ensures it doesn’t happen again.
