I've been to Ibaco in Chennai as well, yesterday I tried the Ibaco on this branch, the quality is 99% accurate, I thought the one in Chennai was slightly better but never the less, This ice-cream has to the best ice-cream i've ever eaten, and i've eaten in Canada, Australia, Dubai. I usually get the "white chocolate" and yes, that has to be the best ice cream I have ever had, it instantly blew all my other experiences out of the water, this level of quality is unbeatable, I am utmost grateful that we have this...

Jus now i went to the shop, No one is there to welcome us. An also i ordered choco dipped cone but the service person told me tat it is not available i told her it is in the refrigerator then she told me tat it is only for display. I replied her there is 5 nos you can give me one but she denied once again telling tat its only for display. It is the worst experience i face in IBACO saibaba...
