I visited today .. worst service.. there were 2 guys both were not sure what they are doing … I was waiting for so long .. the guy with salt and pepper hair style was instructing the other person looks like and they don’t know that they should be serving first come first served and bill them to finish service .. they were serving ppl as they wish didn’t mind I came before and I had to be served same happened while billing also they just kept my order on weighing scale and left and asking other person to bill .. and I had to wait until he finished what he was doing to attend me with my order open on the weighing scale…. Quality of food might be good .. but service is also more imp … esp the guy with salt and pepper hair style I forgot him name but his attitude and inability to run the shop is definitely going to affect the reputation...

Newly opened outlet. Very good interior decoration, nicely maintained. Staffs are very helpful. Wide varieties of chocolate options are there. More than ice creams, I love these chocolates and it is decently priced. Chocolates will be packed in a pretty, environmental friendly metal box, which we can repurpose. Wide range of Icecream cake options are there in a pretty good display which will be helpful to choose from.

Icecream prices are little bit higher when compared to Havmor outlets. 14 people can be seated appropriately and in one table maximum of 4...

worst service...they treat customers like customers don't know what they are ordering. we asked for shake with two scoops They mentioned the rate would be more than 200 ₹ we said okay no problem it came around 300₹ we were fine with that but then again for another shake i told him to add one scoop of a ice cream but they took a large amount of ice cream lik e more than two scoop of a fav and added...i told him i said only one scoop he replying me with a rude tone that is one scoop only and guess what...that milkshake rate 400₹. very much...
