MUST READ: Went on Apr 6th & had a very poor experience... Sorry sorry Worst experience. Very worst customer service. They were very lethargic on our order and nearly gave wrong orders. Intially, we gave our names for seating & they didn't call. Then the waiter to our table didnt appear & also provided wrong order. When I was about to complain to the supervisor, the waiter of our table was keeping a sorry face. But I asked compensation. They didnt care.. just walked away. I raised my voice again for compensation cox my whole main dish order was misplaced and we didnt know cox it was our very first exp. Then to avoid us the supervisor told he'd give compensation from sweet stall. As soon as I purchased 3 badundis, he was ready to bill it. Despite knowing it was a compensation he was supporting his staff. Since the owner was present that day he agreed for compensation. Again my friend wanted me to accompany her yesterday to this hotel despite me warning her she said she wanted to try it. We ordered chat combo. Pathetic service & faced the same issue. I had a hair strand on my plate. The waiter said sorry & could not handle me he went away from my table. When a cleaning lady came I said I'd shout & make a chaos so the manager arrived. He was careless too. They are saying sorry who needs it? Why should I pay for a food with hair in it? Then he said I shall cancel the plate & after a minute comes the waiter saying order cannot be cancelled. Already pathetic service and they are not ready to accept mistake & compensate. Then I was informed I could take anything from the sweet stall. I took rose milk costing 65 rs. And no compensation for remaining 10 as chat combo was 75 rs. With a heavy heart I left the 10Rs. Its not that I fought but food services have a responsibility to provide quality foods, if not we as customers have all rights to ask for it cox we are paying!! Thats it. I wanted to give MB one more chance and went for todays breakfast. It was average & after all the 3 mishaps I would not visit it...

The staff did not let me enjoy my meal in peace; they constantly interrupted and bumped against my elbow while eating when they picked up the water jug multiple times (Did not even apologize). Very impolite and careless, my personal space wasnl not respected. There was no proper etiquette and table service. Rude service and very unprofessional behaviour since multiple staff started gathering around the table before I even finished the main course, ready to clean the table and kick me out of their restaurant, non-verbally and through their actions. It was such an uncomfortable experience for me and as a first time customer there, it will not be an understatement if I ask them to take responsibility if I ended up having indigestion after spending almost 1300 INR for a bad experience. Even some of the utensils were not washed properly. I don't know what's wrong with the restaurant since it looks very classy and huge from the outside. But the quality of their service is very disappointing on the contrary to it's spacious architecture. I also experienced double standards and favoritism as I was denied cold water under the reason that it was not available but it was offered to another customer almost immediately after I've asked for it. Read moreAfter 4 months Review 2: Had Mudakathan Dosa and idlies. Again the experience was super bad. There is a server called Prabhu. For God sake keep away from him. Attitude is not good and delays telling the orders to the kitchen. Kitchen was free and this guy purposely didn't tell inside. The delivery guy was walking free and when I asked where is the dosa, he says Prabhu did not give the order only. It was 30 minutes late. Seriously annoying. When we want to tell him something, he will be roaming free only, ep will not take our eye contact and even will ignore if we raise hands. So much attitude and anger... I don't understand why. If you guys don't like the place you work, why show that on customers?
Review1: Went to this place yesterday. It was horrible experience. I ordered 1 plate of parotta, 1 plate aappam nd Strawberry shake. They gave 2 cups of Kuruma for parotta. One was cold and the other was hot. The stew for aappam was also cold. Later the strawberry shake came.. to my surprise Choco syrup was added to it and it tasted very bad. At last came the billing part. These guys have UPI payment, but it wasn't working. They should atleast tell in advance.. luckily I had my wallet and was able to pay cash. it was totally a horrible experience. Not worth its name and fame. Together you don't get jio network properly inside and they don't have free...
