Worst ever experience.

While paying through Sodexo, I have made payment and their internet connection is gone. So, the manager in the store has asked me to make another payment irrespective of the payment I made. I clearly showed that the payment is payment from my side. Still he asked me to make payment as it didn't hit his bill and told the payment will reverse in two days. Also told it is very usual in store.

Later i made the payment again and after several follow-up, they told me that the payment was credited twice and they will raise the complaint. Still they haven't rectified this issue. I am following the store person for Two weeks, still the issue isn't solved. Whenever I call him, he says that he will check and confirm. Still he is confirming with Sudexo.

I don't know when this issue will get rectified.

Nowhere I have seen such a Response. Worst team. Not even...

We stopped visiting and purchase from this shop. Be carefully buy, lots off expired items. Old stoks, low qality vegitables and groceries. Expired icecreams and chocolate.. Good for "loose motion" and "vomiting"😂😂Billing pathetic. There is 4 counters but only 1 or 2 counters will active . billing speed very bad. You have to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get your bill. Always customers get run here and there to get billing. Because in between they change counter or stop billing and ask to go and follow next counter Queue,. All staffs sit back and enjoining at staffs room. Never help customers. Nevwr respect customers.. If you ask any help or they say go and check in last row.. But all items arre meesedup there you will get mad.. Decent people never...

Worst ever experience....it market doesn't deserve a star...worstest behaviour from sales girl/man They don't know to handle properly their customers...I think they don't know the meaning of polite...I request them to learn...and be kind and polite to customers.... their behaviour is worst irrespective of gender... product is also not efficient and sufficient...worst sellinggg...by this market... totally waste retail store..after going to this store.. humiliating has been happened...I request elder people to don't go...
