Apartemen Baywalk — Local services in Jakarta

I can't say anything about the individual apartments in this building, because how they are managed is up to the tenant.

When we first came here... everything was filthy. The wallpaper is peeling. Floor tiles cracked. Dirt caked the table. Dust everywhere.

Toilet leaking. Severe mould underneath the sink cabinets. Doors are warped and don't close properly. Fridge was covered in some weird gooey stuff on the inside.

But, we expected as much. After buying our own cleaning supplies (Which the owner stated were already waiting for us, but were not) we cleaned the place top to bottom. Moved the inefficiently placed furniture around for more space.

After it felt more like a living space than a than a dump, we actually in nicely. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner took a while but it works solidly.

I can only say stay here if you really need to, but ask for recent photos of the place. Also, check if WiFi is installed. We had to wait two days for someone to...

Greenbay Apartment has a great view and easy access to everything you need, like daily essentials, delivery services, money changers, ATMs, and exercise areas. The security team in each tower is helpful.

Sumpah kecewa bnget tolong bagian resepsionis di tower k tolong di ganti. Jadi beberapa hari lalu saya ada paket nah di sana ada resepsionis 2 cewe Dan 2 satpam. Jadi pas saya Tanya soal paket saya mereka bilang gada tanpa mau nyari terlebih dahulu. Seperti gak niat malah asik main hp. Dan setelah saya suruh cari ternyata ketemu cuman di samping dia. Tapi dia bilang awal nya gada tanpa beranjak dari tempat duduk nya. Padahal minggu depan saya rencana mau sewa unit buat kerabat saya tapi tau pelayanan seperti itu sungguh mengenaskan bikin emosi. BTw saya udh lama tinggal di tower k Dan resepsionis nya 2 cewe tolong di ganti. Trima kasih! BTW Satpam nya juga ga sopan. Ciri2 satpamnya botak bibir hitam Dan kulit nya hitam. Serta satu lagi...
