Herbivore Vegetarian and Vegan Eatery - Pluit Baywalk Mall — Restaurant in Jakarta

Tried the one in Mall of Indonesia. Was told that their best sellers are curry ramen and nasi ayam bakar. Ordered curry ramen as the pictures more appealing. On first bite i immediately know that the spice used are from vegetarian instan noodles! Kinda disappointing as i expect more from 50K meal. Why bother to taste this if can easily made at home?? The price at menus is tricky, the staff did not inform you the 'new price', n you will only realize about this after paying! In my case old price is 39K, new one is 50K. I paid with 50K Bill, n the staff did not bother to explain until i question her! This place seriously need a proper customer...

Great little vegetarian cafe located in the basement, garden tunnel of the Bay view mall. Reasonably priced delicious food. It's a small place and was understandably busy with people eating on tables around the outside. Staff don't speak much English but are very friendly, the menu is in English as well as Indonesian and a screen near the till displays pictures of the different dishes. We ate upstairs before we found Herbivore at a posh restaurant where food was average and prices high. Go to this place tucked away in the basement for good...

Try sweet and sour mushroom bowl, gado gado and tofu curry filling.. Sorry to say.. Nothing special... The mushroom doesn't look like what stated in the menu. Gado gado and tofu taste a bit off.
