Worst golf course to play in Surabaya. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 We visited this course on 2nd July 2023 Sunday morning and told the registration staff that we are reciprocal members from Singapore and have a confirmed booking for a flight of 4 golfers. The staff informed us that she didn’t know the rate to charge us for a round of 18 holes golf and advised us to play first and pay later. After the game we were shocked to know we have to pay guest’s rate of Rp1,100,000 per player instead of reciprocal rate.

Prior to arriving in Surabaya, in mid May, we booked a flight through WhatsApp with Ms Pepe. We requested her for an email confirmation with the details of the booking but no email was received. Despite many reminders for Ms Pepe to sent email confirmation, none was received. Although Ms Pepe claimed to have sent the email, we requested her on 27 June 2023 to resend the email but she had ignored our request. We felt that Ms Pepe is very unprofessional in her dealing with customer.

The fact that Bukit Damo charged reciprocal members at guest rate Rp 1,100,000 is daylight robbery. We are absolutely disgusted by the way Bukit Damo staff conduct themselves in golf booking and registration. There is no transparency In business dealing. We felt being cheated and left with bitter taste in our mouth.

Would advise anyone who intend to play at Bukit Damo to be very careful. Don’t be a victim like us....
