Dreadful service. I have been a regular for a while but this new year was a disaster. I ordered a spice bag on New Year’s Eve. I was told the ETA was 60 minutes. I rang after waiting 90 minutes only to be told in a very abrupt tone ‘it’s new years eve, it’s busy’. I offered to come and collect it but they told me it’ll be with me shortly. After waiting 2 hours I rang again to cancel and was told that it was then on its way. When it arrived it was freezing cold and there was no curry sauce with it, which was meant to be included. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an extremely long time for what I would consider a pretty small order. Not sure if they need more kitchen staff or drivers, but as a takeaway they seem to struggle with large volumes of orders. I won’t be ordering...

Food is nice but their delivery wait time is crazy. The last 2 times we ordered it took over 1 hour to be delivered and we're only down the road. Secondly their staff who work answering the phone are extremely rude. When we rang to ask where are food was that we had ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago the girl on the phone said 'well I'm not the one making the food'. Horrible attitude after spending nearly €50. Also we left notes on the just eat app and our order was wrong. Will never order...

I think it’s unfair to give a bad review unless it was truly awful. I ordered here last month for a change instead of Camile (all the time) and it was really delicious, full of flavours nice spicy dishes it was also great to see a Thai chef make Thai food, girl at the counter very friendly makes you feel very welcomed with smiles all around - prices & delivery charges are really good. Definitely recommend. I’ve ordered here a few times since and now my family...
