This chipper is a shadow of what it was and the staff and owners worse.I wish the old owners and staff would come back.

I made an order on just eat for delivery.While doing so an address I never recognised popped up and I had to delete it and put my own address in. 20mins after the eta for the food I received a call asking when I was collecting my food.I tried to rationally explain my side of the story and asked to be put on the phone with the manager. The woman on the phone was rude, wouldnt listen to what I had to say and put me on the phone to the "manager". Both were rude and simply wouldnt listen to me. When I was in the shop to try and explain the woman again was rude and when I asked to talk to the "manager" who I had talked to on the phone she now said she wasnt there. Than a man behind the counter got involved and was vulgar and rude. When they showed me the receipt it had the address on the receipt which I didnt recognise on the app.I tried to explain there simply must be a glitch on the app but they were like you entered in the details instead of listening to me. They simply accused me it was my fault yet Ive made and ordered multiple orders for delivery to my home correctly and successfully.

Food has gone down hill in recent times, staff and owners not as good as previous...

Really disappointed this evening I placed an order on Just Eat and the restaurant closed online orders before I put through my order (even though it said 12:55 am) & I had put it in before said time, I then rang the restaurant only for the girl on the phone to tell me that they had already sent the drivers home and they were going to be leaving the restaurant in five minutes themselves so therefore I couldn’t even come to collect it.

Honestly really disappointing as someone who orders from here regularly and to be met with a rude attitude towards my request & a straight up no to even coming and collecting the order when if I had apparently put through my request before 12:55 am (which I did) the drivers would apparently have been there and my order would have been fulfilled?

Maybe should change the hours on Google / Just Eat altogether if the business is going to close before closing time and send...

They've just lost a regular customer. At 7pm my wife made an order over the phone for delivery.( Pizza, Onions and Mixed Kebab in tray) 8pm delivery arrives, but the guys made a mistake, gave me a Kebab, Not mix Kebab in tray, So we phoned them, Wife call put on hold over 5 mins, I decided to call them , young girl answered straight away ,I asked her to answer my wife who she put on hold, she explained mistake in order, please send Mix Kebab tray. 850pm no sign of delivery, so we called again to question our order, order never made up for delivery. So went to them, Gave them back there Kebab, the manager could only sorry, Well after 2hrs not good enough. If your having a stressful day, it's not your customers fault, it's your co-workers with bad communication skills, not working as a team, You've lost a regular customer. But there's other takeaways...
