Sorry to say so, since the view out to the blue sea, to the yachts and the white sand beach is really beautiful.

I’m sure everybody is already aware of the high pricing almost everywhere at the Costa Smeralda. However, the value for money at this place is extraordinarily low. The reason is mainly the service.

Service is not just absent or lacking attention, but the staff is plainly rude. There is no interest to service guests. Beach beds are 150 to 120 each, or 1200 for a small private beach section with a lounge, a table and some beach chairs. Now imagine you want to order anything from the over priced menu, there is nobody to take your order. If there is, either they tell you that they’re not responsible and tell you to order with the waiter or they waiter avoids eye contact and runs back to restaurant without looking at all the guests waiving at him. After having finally been able to order, it takes ages for it to arrive.

The beach clubs next to it mostly don’t have an F&B outlet, but charge similar prices. The beach is really overcrowded and leaves not much space for privacy.

All in all this is unacceptable for anyone who’s willing to spend good money and too expensive for anyone that isn’t used to a certain standard.

Nikki Beach, which is located at a private beach, just a few meters away, makes much more sense to me. For 300 you get a whole cabana, which comes with a bottle of champagne and impeccable service at a much better location. All in all, almost the same price, but worlds in between.

EDIT: regarding the owners response, clearly the owner prefers to send me to Ibiza, instead of taking this as a chance to improve service. This is not meant to put you down, but to help. If you keep on going, just more bad reviews will follow from others. Not that there aren’t...

Unpleasant Experience with Service and Facilities

I recently visited White Beach Club Liscia Ruja and unfortunately, I am compelled to share a less than satisfying experience.

👎 Lost Property: A notable incident that dampened my visit was the disappearance of my Prada shoes. Although instances of theft could potentially happen anywhere, it certainly casts a shadow on the overall experience.

👎 Service: I found the service to be pretentious and lacking in cordiality. The interactions felt rude and were not aligned with what one might expect, especially considering the pricing.

👎 Value for Money: We invested 100 euros to secure two spots for a mere 3 hours, which I found to be exorbitantly priced, given the offerings and overall experience, I do not mind paying, I paid over 1000 at nikky beach but that was worthy, not here!

👎 Additional Costs: Unexpectedly, we were also fined 30 euros for parking outside, which felt like an added pinch to an already expensive day out.

👎 Dining Experience: The culinary offerings, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. I found the menu to be overpriced without delivering a parallel level of quality or uniqueness in the dishes.

👎 Facilities: Lastly, an incident that particularly irked us was the closure of the toilets before the official closing time, and the refusal to accommodate us despite our significant spend.

Conclusion: While the allure of a beach club can be enticing, my experience at White Beach Club Liscia Ruja was marred by several incidents that should not occur in a hospitality setting, especially one that demands a premium. I hope that future patrons might find more value in their visit, and that the management takes note to improve the overall experience...

Can't give this place more than 2 stars and only because it's a beautiful location with nice views . Other than that can't recommend this restaurant. The food is about half the quality of any other (average) Sardinan restaurant we've been to but at (at least) three times the price. Proper Michelin Star restaurants in amazing locations wouldn't dare to charge these prices for such plain and uninspiring dishes.
