If you are Maltese....do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. There sales team is good but when they come to deliver the items they are terrible. Firstly, we were supposed to collect the items in may but they arrived at their warehouse in June (2month delay) even though you pay the full price a week before the actual collection date. You have to sort out your own shipping (all well and good) but then they expect you to tell them that you have received all the items within two days....please note that most often your items within two days would still be in transit....let alone checking hundreds of boxes to check if everything has arrived. Secondly when we told them that there where some missing items we got no help or refund. Then I received an email saying that some items were not delivered because they were still out of stock....they told me that they were at the warehouse again after I received an email....and when I sent the delivery company AGAIN they were still not at the ware house meaning that i paid again for nothing. Aftersales is also disastrous you speak to a hundred people...they all say different things, they tell you that they will call within 48hrs and they will call after 2 or 3 weeks.
Please avoid them......they do not take care of their customers even though you spend...

I am very disappointed with the service that I have been given to my request. I am simply being refused to be given assistance as I opened my complaint 10 days from collection.
May I start with that the delivery terms have been delayed by 1 month by Mondo Convenienza and I am being denied to have someone to assist me simply because I opened the request 10 days after.
Mainly the reason for opening the request 10 days after is not because I was late but since I am from Malta I had to have my goods shipped and delivered to my house. Then since the boxes are not easy to identify from the markings one has to open all boxes before we know if actually there is anything missing.
Will Mondo Convenienza leave a client like this? Having part of the furniture that can not be assembled due to missing accessories? And from your stocking system you should be able to identify that the LED strips have not been delivered and I am beginning refused to get...

What a disgrace! Stay away! The furniture may seem well priced… but be assured it is not worth the hassle they make you go through! I swear this was the worst customer service experience we have had.
They assured us over and over that all the furniture was available in for pick up. We are sending the transport for the third time! The first two times they came with missing items even though we were assured that all the items were in the warehouse.
When we asked for compensation for the trips made for nothing, they immediately said that this is not done. Their lawyer’s email seemed quite handy to the person on the line as she immediately gave it to us… i guess the email is going out like Pastizzi. You’ll get this one if you’re Maltese.
