Absolutely terrible, AVOID and go elsewhere!! Especially with a mandatory €2 p.p cover charge including kids to sit and smell their toilet.

Ordered a Rib Eye - Was told sorry not available! Ordered a Tagliata - Not available! Isn't this supposed to be a steakhouse?

Was offered a more expensive alternative which apparently was an Entrecote (400g) for €20 which I asked for Medium Well and I got a rare fatty piece of meat. The edible parts were lovely albeit undercooked for my request. But half wasn't edible!

Wife's Fillet was bland and nothing special. Peppered sauce was cold and disgusting.

Kids sliced beef chewy like leather.

Horrible stink from the toilet that wafted everytime someone went in and out making an even more unpleasant experience.

AGGIORNAMENTO ALLA FINE...Solo una stella in meno per l'impatto iniziale e piccole sfumature ma cose da poco, puntualmente segnalate all'iper attivo robocameriere (aveva addosso più apparecchietti lui che il vero robocop)...avremmo gradito che la gentilissima (Elisa? Non ricordo con certezza) finalizzasse il servizio, è stata più che di ottimo aiuto, la vera cameriera, assiste, accoglie col sorriso, continua a sorridere, ti consiglia al meglio perché tu mangi bene spendendo il giusto e correggendo eventuali scelte poco convenienti per il portafogli...Arricchirei il troppo largo ambiente, sembra troppo vuoto ed enormemente dispersivo (colpa del tipo di struttura)...La cucina dovrebbe curare meglio la temperatura di certi piatti (gli straccetti freddi non si possono mangiar bene)...ottime le salse che abbiamo pure acquistato, bella idea permetterlo, in definitiva la pressante pubblicità in tv ha giovato e ne è valsa la pena...grazie.

MI SPIACE E MOLTO AGGIORNARE UNA RECENSIONE NEGATIVAMENTE, potete ben leggere quella sopra, il menù smart sarà pure smart MA SOLO PER LE TASCHE DEL GESTORE, non ho mai visto un panino così povero di condimenti, il pane freddo ? Una fucilata sul piede !!! In fondo il panino costava sempre 9.90, abbiamo "risparmiato" su cosa ? La bibita, molto annacquata alla spina (chiunque abbia mai avuto o lavorato in un ristorante che serve coca alla spina, sa bene quanto si può incidere sulla percentuale di acqua)??? No, grazie, se torno la pago con piacere ma prendo una lattina almeno saprò che viene dalla coca cola e non dal FIUME, il conto poi...neppure quello torna ma sarebbe il minore dei mali, se pensi che abbiamo fatto 60km con quanto costa oggi muoversi :...

My coworkers and I finally got together for a dinner at Roadhouse; it was on our "to do" list. I must say it was pretty good, especially for Italy. The food was well prepared with prompt service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I especially enjoyed my full rack of BBQ ribs. The meat was tender and fell off the bone! My coworkers enjoyed the mix meat platter which gave them of variety of sausage, chicken, beef, and pork. For me, the sea salt french fries were an added bonus.. very delicious!!
