Nice clothing, terrible service!

Love Cucinelli’s cashmere range clothing, so was really looking forward to our visit to the town and store where it all began. And was prepared to spend well. How they lost out!! And here’s why. After entering the store, at both the women’s and the men’s department, conformation of our existence and/ or a word of welcome was not existent! Service really was appalling. It almost seemed as if they thought we had no money to spent anyway. Like said before, how they missed out! Because I was ready for a spending spree. So in short, if you like the brand and don’t care about poor service, by all means visit this store. But if however like me you do care for the extra service you’d expect with “high end” brands, better go and visit any Ermenegildo Zegna store (or perhaps an other Cucinelli outlet?) and spent your money there. I was buying brunello CUCINELLI for 20 years. Their cashmere was the best in the world. But for the last few years the situation changed significantly. All coronavirus stuff is horrible quality, leisure hoodies and pants look old already after 3-4 washes, cashmere choice became very poor, they use a lot of mohair and wool instead- cheaper version, not soft and comfy at all. Prices went up significantly for the last 2-3 years. Shoes are not so comfortable anymore, models are not so elegant any special , as they used to be.
