Today we wanted to buy a booster-display of amonkhet which they didn't have. They only had left about 30 single boosters, that they wanted to sell us for 130€ (which would be 4,33 per single booster thats normally sold for 3,30) As we told the shopkeeper, that this was way to expensive, as we know how much a booster is worth, he made us another rediciulously high offer. Although this was pretty disappointing, as it took us 30 minutes to get there (and the same way back!) we asked politely if there was a toilet. The shopkeeper seriously responded that they dont have a toilet. There were about 40 people playing cards in the shop, I wonder where they can use a toilet when a whole game lasts more than 5 hours....

This is how the owner writes to his customers. It is totally unacceptable for a company to talk like this even if the customer is wrong. It's unprofessional and this kind of behavior is for the streets or for YouTube comments and not for a business. After I was wrong about the box since i'm new to the hobby, I would've changed my review gladly but now i'm just left feeling disapointed that I supported this business and bought anything here. Also him saying bellow that he wasn't rude at all while he is definitely rude while offending a customer shows just how oblivious he is about his behaviour,...

A very nice accommodating place. There is room to sit and look over books before buying them(probably used for gaming tournaments). They have a lot of uncommon manga books and quality collectibles. Definitely worth the trip here. Confidently right by a transit stop.

I am an American tourist in Florence, and I love comic books. I came here to buy myself the latest Superman comic and the latest Batman comic for a friend in Italian. The staff that helped me (Micheal?) was so amazing. He was friendly and helpful....
