We had terrible experience at Piculin Apartments. Our booking was confirmed for the date 14th August 24 and even we received the booking and check in confirmation same day. Upon arrival on ,we met one lady there she was not aware about our booking, She called another lady and I was informed by her that the apartment I had booked was not available. and she offered another apartment in a different hotel, Kolfuschgerhof Mountain Resort&Spa in a Corvara. This substitution was not communicated to me prior to my arrival we went to Corvara and initially he lady didn't show up in fact the another ladies on the reception started to do the check in process with put mentioning anything, we asked to see the apartment first offered alternative apartment was on a basement level with no view, at all after asking if they have another room with a view she offered us a room without kitchen for 1200 €, we told that this is our out of budget room then she price down same room to 900 € , It was still out of budget for us so at the end she offered us same room in 650 €, we felt like we have beed scammed with fake booking...

The check-in/out process was easy and smooth, the staff is very kind. The room is clean, spacious, and with lots of light sources. The view from the balcony is lovely. You still may hear other guests walking in the corridor, but the noise insulation against the street is very good, the nights were super quiet. For pet you'll have to pay 10 EUR per day. Paying by card is possible. A supermarket is in 5 mins by walk (MPREIS).

Cons: There in the room were missing things like: soap, shampoo, big-enough...

I have been there twice. The apartments are nice, with comfortable beds and functional kitchenettes. The lift in the building is bliss when you have a gazillion pieces of luggage in various shapes and sizes. The shop and petrol station are really close.
