The IKEA is ok, but what lousy customer service. I do not own a car, and had gone really out of my way with train and taxi ( there were no buses that were going here). Being from Norway and feeling homesick, I went in hope of having a nostalgic Scandinavian meal. When I went into the restaurant, it was closed, but would open in 45 min. I figured I would finish up my shopping and come back to the restaurant after, but when I tried to go there, they didn't allow me back in to the top floor because I had the bag with my items that I paid for. When I asked if I could leave my bag somewhere and go to the restaurant, they would not help me, even when I tried to explain I had travelled for two hours and went through alot of trouble to get here. I left feeling very sad and disappointed. I understand they do not want bags in the store, but the fact that they don't even are willing to help storing the bags is insane. I could also not see any signs anywhere denying me entrance (note: I do not understand italian, and everything is written in Italian). I am never coming back, and regretting I spent my valuable money here, also wasting...

NOT SAFE!!! This review is more about the management of Ikea than the workers or the store itself. Yesterday we went, as a family, to Ikea. Left the car outside in the family parking spaces, only to find out upon our return that all our bags, kids bags, backpacks that were not visible and in the car trunk had been stolen from the parking lot at bright daylight. We informed the security and other workers, which told us that this happens almost everyday in this IKEA. It is not understandable that the management of Ikea does not patrol their parking lot, considering the place it is situated on, and leaves their clients with a great sense of insecurity. I will never return to this Ikea and I advise uyo to do the same. It is a dangerous area and Ikea does not do anything to make you safer. Even the police told us that in this area, the only place not being stolen is in front of the police...
