Date, 08/26/2023 I am writing this in response to Vittoria Beach's answer (08/22/2023) to my review of 08/21/2023.

So you are actually serious that you think it's okay how you treated us?! Again, just to clarify so everyone is clear. My family and I took a walk on the beach and we came to Vittoria Beach from the free beach. There were several seats vacant and because we were tired, it was hot and we had a small baby (10 month, which was also very tired) we stopped briefly (max. 5-6 minutes) at a free umbrella. I left my family there and went immediately to the entrance to rent some (not necessarily this) umbrella. I don't understand what's so bad about not being able to get straight the entrance when you are coming from the beach. This was not a problem with any other lido (e.g. Bagni Germana 2 days before), apparently only with you. I called the Bagnino "the small Bagino" because there was also a tall Bagnino (he was quite friendly). The boss is just fat. That's the truth. When I was told by the boss that everything was occupied, I accepted that and went back to look for a place elsewhere (we also found it at Bagni Germana. Thanks at this point). As I arrived at my family, we (especially my wife with the baby in her arms) were treated very arrogantly and unfriendly by the small Bagnino. I tried to talk to him about it, but he was sure that were freeloaders and we have to leave immediately (a corresponding hand gesture followed several times). Yes exactly, I ask everyone who is reading this not to go there. The extent to which this is not logical for Vittoria Beach becomes clear to me when I read other reviews with only 1 star. You seem to lack the necessary sensitivity to remain professional and polite in such a mundane situation. Even if we didn't get to your lido from the street entrance and paused briefly under an open umbrella, that's no reason to be so rude. It felt like we were being accused of stealing something or not wanting to pay for a service. If your goal is to make people feel that way, you've done very very good job. And with your answer to my review, you gave me this feeling for the 2nd time. You can really be proud of yourself.

Super bad service and very very unfriendly lifeguard (Bagnino). We (my wife, I and our daughter 10 months old) came to the Lido (23.07.23 ca. 11:30) from the public side and lay down on an empty seat. I went straight to the front desk to book an umbrella and sunbed. The fat and also unfriendly boss said it was all taken. Ok I went back to my family and when I arrived the small Bagnino discussed with my wife that we should leave immediately. I have never experienced something so unfriendly towards potential guests. And as already mentioned, we had a small child with us. I advise everyone not to buy an umbrella, a sun bed or anything to eat there. That's the only way the owner of such establishments understand that they can't treat people like dirt. Pleas stay...

1 stella perché non ne posso mettere zero. Lido orribile a partire dal capo bagnino che non fa il suo lavoro, invece di salvaguardare le persone in acqua, pensa a cacciare la gente che si appoggia a riva con l'asciugamano. Maleducato, incivile e si crede superiore a tuttз solo perché lavora in un lido a 4 stelle. Per due settimane di vacanze non l'ho mai visto fare il suo lavoro, ci ha cacciati quando volevamo andare a prenderci un caffè al bar del lido, solo perché non eravamo loro clienti, ha cacciato mia nipote di 3 anni seduta sui gonfiabili, perché secondo lui i gonfiabili sono solo per i bambini figli di genitori ricchi, facendo una bruttissima distinzione tra bambini di serie A e serie B. Inoltre gli ho anche ricordato che da dicembre 2023 sono scadute le concessioni balneari e mi ha risposto in male modo, dandomi della stupida con una bella dose di sessismo. Io posso mettermi tranquillamente con il mio asciugamano (e anche con il mio ombrellone se proprio vogliamo essere precisi) davanti ai vostri ombrelloni abusivi e non potete dirmi nulla, invece lui ha cacciato tantissima gente in 15 giorni di vacanza, anche persone che si erano solo appoggiate per controllare i figli piccoli a riva. Più che il bagnino faceva il buttafuori. Come se non bastasse la sera del 28 luglio, in paese c'era la festa padronale e dovevano fare i fuochi, loro per paura che la gente usufruisse dei loro lettini per vedere i fuochi dalla spiaggia, hanno messo una rete lungo tutto il perimetro del lido, è questo può essere quasi comprensibile se non fosse per un piccolo particolare. Quella sera  hanno tolto un cartello che era stato appeso da loro qualche settimana prima in cui c'era un' ordinanza del 2016 che diceva che i primi 3 o 5 metri di spiaggia devono rimanere liberi per poter permettere il passaggio dei mezzi di soccorso. Magicamente quel cartello, la sera in cui hanno chiuso tutto, l'hanno fatto sparire perché andava contro ciò che avevano fatto loro stessi, però la mattina dopo è ricomparso appena è stata tolta la rete per avere di nuovo un pretesto per cacciare la gente dalla spiaggia. In più come se non bastasse ogni mattina per spianare la "loro" spiaggia invece di passare le ruote a mano come tutti gli altri lidi passavano un trattore a gasolio, che faceva una puzza assurda ma che soprattutto produceva un inquinamento ambientale allucinante, quindi forse invece di pensare a fare i ricchi imparate a fare le persone civili. Ci sono tantissimi altri lidi soprattutto quello di fianco a loro con gli ombrelloni verdi che merita molto di più, personale gentilissimo, prezzo onesto, tutti i servizi inclusi, non inquinano le spiagge, non fanno distinzioni e tuttз з bambinз possono giocare con i loro giochi. E ricordatevi che le spiagge sono di tuttз quindi mettetevi dove volete, le concessioni sono scadute e loro non sono i padroni...

Concernant la plage, préparez-vous à débourser 40€ pour deux transats avec parasol. Le seul avantage ? Vous ne vous faites pas marcher dessus par les voisins. Mais pour le reste, n'espérez aucune attention. Le lifeguard vous installe avec un enthousiasme proche du zéro, puis se volatilise aussi vite qu’il est apparu. La fameuse première ligne soi-disant réservée reste étrangement vide toute la journée… mystère !

Passons au “restaurant”, ou plutôt au snack amélioré. La carte est aussi limitée que l’enthousiasme du personnel. Rien de frais ici, c’est le royaume du surgelé ! Les portions sont à peine visibles à l'œil nu, et soyons honnêtes, c’est loin d’être bon. Le poulpe arrive déjà coupé en morceaux minuscules, un exploit de minimalisme : même pas une tentacule complète à se mettre sous la dent, et des pommes de terre à peine cuites en prime. Mon escalope milanaise, quant à elle, semble avoir été passée sous un rouleau compresseur ; je cherche encore la viande. Bref, si vous voulez éviter une déception, optez pour un panini : au moins là, vous en aurez pour votre argent.

Le service ? Absent. Accueil chaleureux ? Vous repasserez. Sourire ? Connu uniquement en théorie ici. Pour obtenir du sel ou du pain, il faut s’armer de patience et presque supplier. Aucun suivi de table, personne ne s’inquiète de savoir si vous survivez à votre repas. Et si vous êtes Français, inutile de vous sentir les bienvenus. Malgré nos efforts pour communiquer en anglais, on nous répondait toujours en italien, avec une pointe de mépris bien sentie. Parce que, visiblement, sourire et parler un minimum d’anglais, c’est trop demander dans un établissement se prétendant de "standing".
