Avoid This Beach Area at All Costs – Aggressive and Unprofessional Staff

Our visit to this part of the beach turned into a deeply unpleasant experience. Having not been here before, we were unsure how the sunbed system worked.

We attempted to do the right thing and asked a man stacking plastic chairs near the sunbeds where we should pay. His response (in Italian) was essentially, “I don’t know.” Not exactly helpful.

Assuming we’d be approached to pay, as is the norm, we selected a couple of empty beds and settled in. I went for a quick swim, and upon turning around, I witnessed a truly disgraceful scene. A man, who I can only assume was the manager, was aggressively berating my wife, accompanied by the same unhelpful staff member we’d spoken to earlier. His tone, body language, and outright intimidation were completely unacceptable, especially directed at a woman alone.

My wife calmly tried to explain that we were simply waiting to pay and had asked for guidance, but the man continued to escalate, becoming increasingly hostile and rude. When I confronted them, the “manager” bizarrely claimed he didn’t know how much the beds cost, raising serious red flags that he was planning to overcharge or scam us.

The entire encounter was surreal. There was no signage, no courtesy, and no professionalism, only aggression, confusion, and a staggering lack of basic customer service. Frankly, the man seemed unhinged and in need of serious help. His behavior was erratic, bullying, and completely out of line.

This part of the beach is toxic and should be avoided. There are countless other lovely, welcoming places along the coast, don’t waste your time or risk your safety here.

Siamo stati in questo lido e abbiamo regolarmente pagato due lettini e un ombrellone (15 euro per un paio d’ore). In un secondo momento abbiamo avuto l’esigenza di prendere un terzo lettino che era lì a disposizione per poi recarci al bar a pagarlo, ma non c’è stato il tempo perché nemmeno 2 minuti dopo il personale è arrivato e si è rivolto con modi aggressivi e sgarbati chiedendoci di pagarlo, senza nemmeno darci il tempo di spiegare.

Abbiamo poi chiesto di ricevere lo scontrino per quel terzo lettino (che non ci avevano neanche dato), e lì la situazione è degenerata: urla, toni arroganti e totale mancanza di rispetto, soprattutto nei miei confronti in quanto donna. Mi sono ritrovata ad essere apostrofata e aggredita verbalmente davanti ad altri clienti, senza alcuna giustificazione prendendomi anche della ladra

Un comportamento inaccettabile e non professionale, che ha rovinato la giornata al mare. In un luogo turistico e pubblico, il rispetto e l’educazione dovrebbero essere alla base del servizio.

Gestori privi dei canoni fondamentali della buona educazione. Ad una gentile signora Ungherese che all'atto del pagamento per due lettini ed una palma faceva notare che la domenica precedente aveva pagato meno la stessa configurazione, reagivano con inusitata aggressività verbale, mettendo la povera malcapitata, sbalordita da cotanta cafonaggine praticamente alla porta. Buzurra reazione, dovuta al morboso attaccamento al denaro che si denota dal fatto che fanno pagare anche il gonfiaggio di materassini e canotti, oltretutto senza rilasciare ricevuta fiscale. Ben vengano le aste per le concessioni balneari, forse ci libereremo di certi indigeni bifolchi ed arroganti..... del resto non c'è da meravigliarsi: DI RUSTICA PROGENIE SEMPRE VILLANO SEI.... anche se ti illudi perché hai raggranellato qualche spicciolo....! Consiglio di andare negli stabilimenti adiacenti, miglior servizio meno cari e più gentili ma, soprattutto, NON SCORTESI MALEDUCATI MA SIGNORI, DISPONIBILI E...
