Easy enough to get by in English if you're still nervous about your Italian! A little bit of everything, should be able to find the staples you need for most Asian, Indian & African cusines. Decent Filipino section. Large meat section & butcher. Frozen foods seem a bit eclectic, but always fun to see what's available. Large aisle of spices, better prices than local supermarket for quite a few of them. Decent prices across the board, though imported drinks seem pricey, though that's probably the...

They carry most shelf stable things you may need for West African, Japanese, Thai, East African, Indian etc. Great meat section too, with some frozen items such a egg roll paper, fish, desserts etc. Definitely worth checking out! (Would've given them a 5 star if I could find Thai Basil, which seems impossible to...
