A nice alternative and detour from the more famous and visited falls nearby. This one is harder to find and access from the main road. You won’t find it unless your are really looking and on foot. It’s right next to two opposing bus stops. If you’re on foot, you can start hearing the falls from about 100m away. Truly off the beaten track and devoid of...

美瑛町の観光スポットで人気の上位にあった不動の滝を目指して行ったが、そのエリアについても全くある気配が感じられなかった。雪が残っていたので、不動の滝への小道が隠れていました。それに気づいて、滝らしき方向に向かっていくと、多くの石仏が配置されていました。いかにもご利益がありそうな、まさにパワースポットと言うようなエリアでした。滝の音がする方向を見ると、滝にちょうど真ん中位の位置に名前の由来に相当するような石仏が祀られていました。滝下では透明度の高い水が、広がって流美し...

A nice alternative and detour from the more famous and visited falls nearby. This one is harder to find and access from the main road. You won’t find it unless your are really looking and on foot. It’s right next to two opposing bus stops. If you’re on foot, you can start hearing the falls from about 100m away. Truly off the beaten track and devoid of other visitors.

青い池から白ひげの滝まで歩いて移動する途中にありました。 滝の落差もあり、近づくに連れ迫力ある音が聞こえてきました。 森の散策道を歩いてたので涼しくはあったけど、8月。汗だくの中たどり着いた滝で涼を感じました。 個人的には白ひげの滝は上から眺めるだけだったので、こちらの方が気持ちよかったです。 靴を脱いで水に入りたかったのですが同行者が熊を恐れて1、2分で帰りたがったので、滞在は短かかったのですが十分にマイナスイオンを浴びれました。
