十数年ぶりに歴史が有り、彼岸花で有名な九品寺を訪れました。佇まいは昔と変わらず秋の朝陽に照らされて雰囲気の良さはそのままで、気持ち良く退出しようとした時､急に差し込みが来てトイレを探す羽目になり、お寺だから必ず有ると思い彼方此方と探して廻り何処にもトイレの案内が無く仕方なくグーグルの地図を見てやっと探し当てました。そのトイレはお堂の横の植え込みに隠れていて本当に分かり難い所でした。中を開けてびっくり最近では見掛ける事の無いほど汚くトイレットペーパーは無く辺りに紙屑が散乱して居て、一瞬借りるのを止めたくなりましたが差し込みがきつくお借りしました。 やっとの思いで出てきて、前で待って居てくれた妻と話して居たら､「お前らそこでなにしてるねん」と作務衣を着た寺男風の男に（もしこの男が住職なら日本も終わりかな？）咎められました。 私たち夫婦は７０代で怪しまれる風体では無いのにいきなりの咎められ方で、茫然としてしまいました。この九品寺は観光お断り､立ち入り禁止の張り紙も無いのに、寺域に訪問しただけで不審者扱いで怒鳴られるとは二...

「葛城（葛木）の道／万葉の道」巻十四の三の九　御所市大字楢原 九品寺（くほんじ） 浄土宗の寺院で山号は戒那山（かいなさん）といいます。本尊は阿弥陀如来です。 本堂の右側の通路から裏山に少し登れるようになっています。つづら折りのような通路の山側に石仏が並び、終には崇高な別格の地蔵菩薩を中心とした石仏の広場に到着します。ここが有名な『千体石仏』です。 登りの途中には、いろいろな教訓や歌や作法がかかれた立て札があり、読みながら進むので最後に行きつくには少し時間がかかったことを憶えています。あるある～が多かったですよ。 御朱印も後ろの寺務所に一声かけますと、直接ご記帳いただけます。 こちらのお寺の駐車場を借りて一件寄りたいところがあります。ちょっとした山の中で、「綏靖天皇葛城高丘宮跡」です。イノシシ除けのフェンスの向こうで、一言主神社に通ずる道を行きます。そこの往復で30分くらいですね。イノシシに気をつけて！

ここは「九品寺（くほんじ）」と言います、漢字が苦手な方は分かりにくいと思いますね（笑） 場所は、奈良県御所市の楢原にある浄土宗のお寺です(*'ω'*) そして、ご本尊さんは「阿弥陀如来」。 境内の裏山には一般の方々のお墓、あと「千体石仏」と言う石仏があり異国の地に来たような不思議な感じがしました(^<^) お寺からチョッと外れた所に「彼岸花」の群生がありココも見所(*^^)v 秋のお彼岸になると、お墓参りの人と彼岸花の見物客で賑わっていています。 特にこの時期の「彼岸花」見物客のマナー（花を踏んだり、騒音）の悪い人が多い気がします(;^ω^) ★九品寺の横に「無料駐車場」あります(^<^)
