For those wondering why on earth there are two malls so close to one another in such a residential area, the story is that this mall opened in 2007 and then Plaha Walk which is right down the street expanded to triple the size of this mall a few years later. The best quality mall stores soon followed, meaning there are now mostly only low-end stores here which seem to close on a regular basis only to be replaced by another similar store that does not do all that well.
