Fukufuku no Sato — Local services in Itoshima

The fresh seafood items here are mouth watering. So fresh. You get to cook them or bake them all by yourself. The sitting arrangement was very convenient. The service was very quick although there was a long line before we got seated. It's a pretty famous place. Would definitely recommend trying out. There are some sakura around too....

The place would be wonderful but for the fact inhumane way they present the fish in the supermarket: left in plastic-sealed foam trays to asphyxiate before the customers eyes, presumably for 'freshness'

I'm no crusader for animal welfare but I couldn't stomach it personally, it seems so...

いつも唐津へ行く道すがら横目に見るだけでしたが、お昼にお目当ての山里が閉まっていたため、訪れて見ました。 お店が通りから田んぼの方に入っていくので立地的には分かりにくいかも。 直販所では、野菜等の売り場と鮮魚売り場が分かれていて鮮魚の鮮度は良いですが、お昼過ぎに行ったからか種類は多く無かったです。 レストランは順番を書くものが無く単純に並ぶ方式で、これ系は店頭に書いて無いと初見の人は戸惑いますよね。 定食は４種類あり、海鮮丼以外にも煮魚などのほか、魚がダメな人向けか唐揚定食も有りました。 海鮮丼は、ガラスの器に綺麗に盛り付けて有り、悪くは無いけど黒米が固いので酢飯には合わないような気がしたし、ボリューム的にもう少しあった方が良い。（大盛はいくらか追加で出来るようですが） 粗だし味噌汁と酢の物と香の物が付いていて1,000円なら悪くは無いけど、少し割高な気がします。 他、海鮮丼のオーダーから着丼まで30分近くかかったのは、若干手順が悪いので...
