【御朱印：なし→あり】 ※令和5年4月2日拝受(3日前に始めたとの事。今後も祭事で行う予定だそうです。) 岩倉市下本町(しもほんまち)に鎮座する神明生田神社(しんめいいくたじんじゃ) 岩倉市のお祭りで曳き回される山車3台の1台が保管されている神社でもあります。 御祭神は大日霊命(おおひるめのみこと＝天照大神) 延喜式神名帳の「尾張国丹羽郡生田神社」の社ではないかと考えられている神社で地元の方々の崇敬も厚く、隣接する公園では子供たちの笑い声が絶えない素敵な神社です ちなみに神名帳にある生田神社と考えられているこちらの神明生田神社と以下の三社です ・生田神明社(岩倉市大山寺町) ・生田社(北名古屋市西春町) ・生田神社(一宮市千秋町) 大河ドラマ『功名が辻』で有名な山内一豊(かまうちかつとよ)誕生の地とされており、記念碑が建立されておりました。 【御祭神】 大日霊命(おおひるめのみこと) 稚日女命(わかひるめのみこと)

The shrine is generally unmanned, and the goshuin can only be got during festivals held at the shrine. 岩倉市郡上川の近くにある小さな神社。戦国時代の歴史上の人物、山内一豊の生誕地だそう。普段は無人で、御朱印は神社で行われるお祭りの時のみだけ。
