MEGA Don Quijote — Local services in Kyoto

I didn't even want to give 1 star at all for their service. For tourists who decided to go to this store to buy things, it's not recommended to do so! The staff here, especially "level 3 staffs," were all reluctant, unfriendly, and not welcoming to serve foreigners. When we are at luxury sections and wanted to try on their luxury goods but there was totally no staff at that level, we walk aound and around trying to look for 1 staff but not a single staff there. Ended up we have to go to look for level 2 staff for help. After we purchased the luxury goods, we realised that on their website there is further discount promotion coupon specially for tourist that we can use at payment in store when you spend more than certain amount but their staff just kept quiet and didn't share this with us 😕.. or they don't even know their own store promotions 🙄. My expectation was that if it is a MEGA branch, it will be much bigger than the usual ones with bigger packs etc. Unfortunately, this was not true. We got better selection in a standard Don Quijote in Tokyo vs this one. Of course, in general it has wide variety of products but we did not find some things which we were searching for.
