We always stop by this onsen while in Izu. If your company is a "Benefit Station" member you can get a small discount by showing the membership card. Remember to bring 100 yen for the coin lockers. They rotate the female and male onsen by day, so if you visit two days in a row you get to try two different onsen. There's also a cafe which serves cheap and good dishes. Perfect place to stop by on the way home...

We went at 15:30 on a Saturday and there was no wait. However when we left at 17:20 the parking lot was full and there were cars waiting in line.

20250118に下賀茂温泉の「銀の湯会館」を訪問した際の情報です。下賀茂温泉唯一の公衆浴場で、南伊豆町町営の日帰り温泉施設になります。泉温が100度近くあるため、街道沿の側溝の至る所から湯煙が立ち昇っており、なかなか良い雰囲気を醸し出しておりました。 営業は10:00-21:00で最終受付は20:20まで。料金は大人1000円で支払いは現金のみになります。靴箱は無料、脱衣ロッカーは100円返却式。靴箱の鍵を受付に渡して、引き換えの紙片をもらいますので、無くさないように注意しましょう。アメニティとしてボディソープ、シャンプー、ドライヤーの備え付けがあります。 浴場は男女日替わりで、屋内に内風呂1つとサウナ(ドライまたはミスト)に水風呂、屋外に露天風呂2つと寝湯3人分、わずかですが小さな外気浴スペースもあります。 泉質は典型的な食塩泉(塩化物泉)で高張性弱アルカリ性高温泉のナトリウムカルシウム塩化物温泉になります。知覚的には無色透明の強塩味弱苦味無臭で、泉温は99.6℃、pH値は8.3。メタ珪酸値が192.4mgと高く、殺菌作用と保温保湿に優れた温泉です。また湯上がり後は肌がサラサラになります。 館内には1Fと2Fに休憩スペース、受付右手奥に小さな食事処があります。すぐ近くには道の駅もあり、旅人にもありがたい温泉だと思います。
