Bingata Experience & Accesory Shop Kijimuna Workshop — Local services in Nago

Wow! Just left this lovely little shop with my husband We were both so amazed with their kind service and quality products. We bought an “I Love Okinawa” framed bingata for our home, sanshin printed bag, and Hapi themed pocket-tissue holder. The owners were so generous, giving us two postcards as a gift! All around, both the husband and wife were just so warm and welcoming, talking with us while we looked around; a very sweet couple. 🥰 Hapi was so fun to visit too! Cutest little parakeet I’ve ever met! Heehee.

Definitely recommend visiting with friends and family! Love small business like this!! Only wish Covid would end so they could open their bingata class so we can learn the craft and share one of the many unique aspects of Okinawan culture with my family back...

10/10⭐ Absolutely lovely shop to paint a variety of Okinawan bingata signature items. Lots of designs and items to pick from! The website is in English and Japanese. I can't wait to go back and make a 2nd one! I was able to email them and make a reservation. It's a great space for Covid restrictions since it's only your party in the room! The instructions are in English and Japanese. Super easy to follow. Recommend for ages 6 and up as some of the designs are very detailed.

The owners are FANTASTIC and patient with teaching you the techniques. So sweet!!

What a special experience 🩷 This shop is so kind and friendly, and quick to respond to reservations! They have several bookings a day.

They were able to accommodate us and our change in schedule. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful couple, and they helped us step by step to make our own unique bingata pieces. We even got to hang out with Little Boss, the shop bird 🩷

This place is one of our favorites on the island, perfectly located in Nago. Put these guys on your list, and don't miss out on making your own art piece 🩷
