It is a lovely short 10 min walk from the bus stop. Even on a misty, slightly drizzling day, the falls are still very nice to see! Bus ride from Nikko station is roughly 10-15min, but they are sparsely scheduled so best to plan ahead for how long you’ll stay and which returning bus to catch.

2020秋に訪れました🍁紅葉時がとても見応えあると思います。まあまあ落差があり👍🏻あとは、山のレストランで待たなければならない時の軽い散策コースです😊山のレストランのテラス席からも眺められます👌🏻

2月だったので、雪で観瀑台まで歩けるか不安でしたが、坂で滑りやすいところは手すりがあり、大丈夫でした。人が少なく、空気が澄んでいて滝の音に迫力がありました。山のレストランは冬季休業中でした。
