I’ve never seen a lounge where families just bring in small children during happy hour and evenings and leave them to cry and run around while the parents ignore them and drink. Also our family was told that lounge access was limited to two people and so our teenage daughter would have to pay for access and yet I see couples coming in with two or even three small children and there are no hotel employees here to actually maintain the rules. I expect a club lounge to be better regulated, not be a day care center filled with thoughtless people. I am a Diamond member so it didn’t cost me anything, but would have been furious if I had paid extra for lounge access.
