I've been a fan of Best Denki for a while. But, today's visit was disappointing. We went to buy a home steam cleaner. We were not greeted at the door in the normal way. And, we had to find the product in the store ourselves. We looked over the available choices and waited for a sales person to stop by. No one stopped by to help. All this while we could see employees standing around. We went and asked a specific employee for help and he didn't seem to know much and kind of told us the cleaners they had would not work for us. アレも追加コレも追加…はっ？ 差額15000円 何で取り付け工事に関係ない店員が工事費用追加するんですか？ 仕事休んで取り付け工事見積りした意味は？ 誰が追加料金無しで見積りできますか？ ハッキリした工事見積り費用がないんですか？ 各店舗や店員で費用が変わるので　金相場みたいな価格変動型ですか？ あなた達はプロじゃないんですか？ 適当に仕事してるから責任感がないんですか？ 従業員は素人ですか？

間違えても追加と言えば良いですかね　笑笑

購入する時に言われるがまま　はいはいして払うと必要無い工事費用を3万以上払う事になりますね 新都心店なら10万程　笑 ボッタクリバーですか？笑 もう1台クーラー購入できますよ笑 取り付け工事見積りは無料ですよ　店舗で大体の金額で見積りさせるなら　工事作業項目と金額を細かく書いてもらい名刺と一緒に貰った方が良いですよ 言った言ってないになるので 各店舗や店員によっても見積り金額違います そして　購入時に払った金額は返金しませんよ 業者が見て必要無い工事でも返金しませんよ 店長さんが言ってたので 当日　追加料金は取りますが返金はしないと言ってましたよ。 店長さんが謝りもしないので　これがベスト電器美里店のやり方ですかね 仕事が出来て責任感がある...
