Purchased 5 piece sectional for an upcoming move back to the States. We ordered in plenty of time (3 months prior) and paid a storage fee as well. The day before they were set to deliver we get a call telling us they didn't keep the furniture that we ordered and paid to store in stock. Their solution was they'd give us 3 pieces from a floor model and two from the warehouse to complete the set. I asked for 20% off and for them to return the storage fee, they offered 15% We decided we'd take a look at it and decide from there. The furniture was discolored from the used on the floor and didn't match the new pieces so we asked for for a discount closer to the 20% not wanting to waste anyone's time sending it back. They wouldn't budge so we had to decline. Honestly the rub here is that the manager didn't even talk to us and no one who we spoke with was actually able to make any decisions. The folks we spoke to were polite but I don't think the management did the right thing here. BL is that they made a promise and didn't deliver on it to a paying customer and didn't really seem to care how much of an inconvenience it caused. Not only did we not get what we paid for, they totally botched it from a customer service...

I’ve been here a few times and had poor customer service every time. I ended up buying two chairs the last time I was there. There was an ottoman with the chairs and it was together as a set. The chairs were marked and the ottoman was not marked indicating it was in a set. When I told them I wanted the ottoman as well they made it seem like it was included. I paid for everything and came back later that day to pick up. They then told me the ottoman was not included but when I asked about the price or any information they said it was not in the system and had to talk to a manager, the following day they called me and said it was an additional $145. This ottoman and chairs had a very distinct pattern so they will not be able to sell it with anything else. They were just trying to make extra money off me. Very disappointed, I would not have bought the chairs if I knew it was not included.

If you want American style furniture at good price, with great customer service, go here but be prepared for 3-9 week delays, so start your shopping early.

The person at the main office was very helpful and kind. The person at Camp Foster was nice but not very helpful.

I shopped for an hour to get several different pieces.

Every piece was sold out for 2 months. I was pretty upset. Wasted time. If they are out of stock or on back order have signs that say that.

Main office let me negotiate some display pieces and I walked away happy.
