Marugen Ramen — Restaurant in Okinawa

This place seems to always be busy. They have plenty of parking with 2 driveways in and out so you won't get stuck trying to get in or out. The ramen was great and I love how their were so many varieties. The noodles were a bit undercook when it first came out but as it sat in the broth it soften up. Which is great since there's still a bite to them instead of just being mush. We ordered a set (ramen, fried rice, gyoza), 1 bowl ramen, 2 kids ramen set for a total of¥2900.

The fried rice was really good but I wasnt a fan of the texture of the gyoza. It tasted great but there was no bite or chew to them once you get past the crispy wrap. The inside was really mushy and grainy. We will definitely to back for Ramen. Also they have an English menu and are...

The staff are very welcoming and always helpful. The gyoza has a nice texture and is not oily unlike others. The spicy fried chicken(not pictured) has a crunchy outside and is nice fresh chicken on the inside. The Niku ramen (1st picture) has nice flavor to it and the soup is a strong taste. The food was very delicious and the price is very cheap. We had the lunch set with Ramen, fried rice, and gyoya for 9 bucks.
