Marino — Restaurant in Uruma

Reminded me of a chain restaurant in America. Food was good and we enjoyed it but definitely not the best Italian out there. We got a deal that was 4300 yen. It included a salad to share, pasta dish of our choice, pizza, drinks, and 6 desserts. The pizza and pasta were big servings so we only ate half of each. Caesar salad was first and it was really good! We also got the margarita pizza, loved the thin crust and great flavor. Then we got the shrimp and scallop pasta. My husband liked it but the scallops weren’t his favorite, didn’t feel like they were cleaned properly. Still a good dish with great cream sauce. Restaurant has a warm atmosphere. The seats are a little close together but nothing too crazy. The menu is quite large with English translations. Chicken basil pizza is stone-oven baked amd topped with generous amount of cheese with am appropriate amount of chicken to not overwhelm the overall flavor. Flat meat lasagna came out on a skillet and seemed fresh out the oven. For a meat lasagna, it didn't have much meat, and was a bit soupy, but it was still quite tasty. The meal came with a free endless drinks from the soda fountain. If your meal doesn't come with a meal there is a "bottomless drink" option on the menu. There is also various desserts available. The vanilla icecream seemed to have real milk so it was a good treat. Overall I would come back here again.

The lasagna is the best lasagna i have ever had in my life. The garlic bread is the best garlic bread i have ever had in my life. So many items on the menu are delicious, even the desserts that arent on the menu.

My only problem with this place is the cleanliness of the self-serve cups. Its honestly gross, and such an easy fix. I dont know why out of all the problems that can come up while running a restaurant, their biggest one is giving people filthy cups to drink out of. My friend literally had to use the hot water normally given for tea to sterilize his cup. I will keep coming to enjoy the food, but the dirty cups is very sad and I will update this review if they end up making a...
