If u had seen our earlier review, then this would be d follow up from what we did n done earlier. We definitely want u to feel n soak in the atmosphere.

The place definitely hits d spot with its picturesque snow fall over the area. If we would say anything, it would be confirming the view is like a moving image. We will recommend to drop by here. Peaceful and tranquility put into view.

Grab a cup of coffee or ice cream to ponder over the views and life thoughts. It is definitely a great place to in a Zen place, when there are no one...

A round-trip fare of ￥1700 is truly worth it even though it was merely a short trip to get to the top of Mt Moiwa observation deck. Inside the cable car you will be able to oversee the spectacular view of whole Sapporo City. 麓から中腹まではロープウェイです。電停から見える距離にロープウェイ乗り場はありました。驚いたことにそんな短距離なのにシャトルバスが出ているのです。おそらく降雪期の移動を考えてのことなのでしょうが、道産子の友人に言わせると「道民は短距離でも歩きたがらない」からなんだそうです。ホントでしょうか？ ロープウェイ中腹駅で腹ごしらえをした後山頂に登りましたが、そこからの展望は最高でした。市街地を歩いていると分からなかったのですが、いかに札幌周囲が広い平地なのかが実感できます。そういえば札幌は豊平川の乾いた扇状地に建設された町であり、その語源はサト・ポロ（乾いた広いところ）なんですから広いのは当然ですね。 ところで東京にも600mクラスの山があります。高尾山です。標高は599ｍと小中学校の遠足にもよく使われる都民にはなじみの深い山です。新宿駅から京王特急で約50分とアクセスも良好です。こちらもビアレストランを備え、山頂からの風景でも負けていません。東京にお越しの際はぜひお立ち寄りください。東京生まれの東京育ち、只見荘一郎がお伝えしました。
