Tucked away in this quiet neighborhood of Takaoka is this delightful microbrewery. The beer selection included IPAs, a porter, an APA, a saison and several others. Everything we tasted was fantastic, and the steamed dumplings were a perfect snack. The owner is passionate about his brewing, after giving up his corporate job, and it was a delight to talk with him about his time in the US, how he learned the trade, and his enthusiasm for setting up his own microbrewery. Worth the extra effort to discover this gem. And he gave us a great dinner...

It felt like I visited a friend, the atmosphere was chill, the owner was very friendly and easy to talk with, and the beer was good, if I go back to Takaoka I will make sure to go...

My favorite place for locally made beer. The owner and staff are super friendly and some even speak English. The food is delicious and they even have reusable swing top bottles...

20221115 Tuesday Latticework BREWING お世話になってる方々と共に かなりお久しぶりの訪問 相変わらず良い雰囲気で 美味しいクラフトビールと 料理をいただきました♪ しばらく来ないうちに テレビ画面にビールメニューが表示されてたり ビールの説明が画面に流れてたりと進化してました♪ 店主とも久々ですねと おそらくコロナが蔓延してから 来てなかったような とても良い機会で 久々に訪問できて良かったです♪ また定期的に訪問させていただきたいと思います 定番の金屋エールから ハーモニカ、黒に夢中 モモイイカオリや半径45cmなど 面白い名前のビールが楽しめて スペアリブやトルティーヤなども 絶品で美味しかったです ご馳走様でした🌞 #beer #craftbeer #ビール #クラフトビール #金屋 #latticework #latticeworkbrewing #スペアリブ #高岡 #高岡グルメ #富山 #富山グルメ
