愛媛で唯一でしょうか。チケットと売店などでPayPayが使える場所。 今やセルフレジが主流ですがチケット発券がスタッフさんが対応。 ネット予約で券が欲しいのであれば、機械で発券出来るのでスムーズです。 平日の比較的落ち着いている時間ならポテトは出来たてで美味しい。 忙しさや人気の映画によって開場時間が異なるから映画の時間25分前に遅くても行って、売店利用して開場待ちもしくは開場している可能性があるのが良いかと。 映画館内の売店以外の飲食物の持ち込みは禁止なので注意が必要。揉め事を起こさない良...

スタッフが6~7人いるにも関わらず、たった2組の 注文に手こずり 何度もレシートを見直し かなりの時間をかけて ポテトやジュースを入れていた。慣れていない3人が対応し 他の人は見て見ぬふり。スタッフの連携が取れていない。時間に間に合わず ポテトは もういいと断ったが ジュースも注文したのとは違っていた。映画が終わって 謝罪と返金をしてくれたが もっと スタッフ間の連携とサービスというものについて...

作品のラインナップは、もともと同系列のシネマサンシャイン大街道（閉館）で上映していたような単館系の作品が、＜重信限定＞と銘打って上映されることが多く、松山在住の映画ファンにとっては、市内のシネマルナティックと並ぶ貴重な映画館となっている。今後も「遠いところ」「To Leslie トゥ・レスリー」など楽しみな作品が公開される。 ただ、問題は設備。中でも、シネマ５はスピーカーシステムが間違いなく故障したまま何年も放置されており、台詞が籠ったような感じになって聞き取りにくい！ここで上映される邦画は、はっきり言って金返せ！と言いたいレベル。東京のグランドシネマサンシャイン池袋にかける金の一部でも、このスピーカーの修理にまわしてほしい。先日、シネマ３では、館内がずっと蒸し熱く、後で聞いたら冷房が故障していたらしい。冷房は、その後、修理されたのだろうか？ なお、最終上映回（レイトショー）作品を観賞する時、車は郵便局側の駐車場に停めておくといい。パンフレットは鑑賞前に購入しておかないと、鑑賞後は買えないので要注意。 作品のラインナップに★２つ。設備面は残念な点が多く★－３。
