FUJI GRAND Shigenobu — Local services in Toon

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this department store. My wife and I have been looking to buy some new carry-on luggage for upcoming air travel. We saw the display at Fuji Grand Shigenobu. It had signs advertising all luggage was 20% off. We had already done our research and knew exactly which item we wanted to buy. We bought two pieces, each with a regular listed price of ¥15000. A few days later, as I was checking our credit card receipts, I realized the store had charged us full price, ¥33,000, for the luggage. My wife called and spoke with a staff member regarding the incorrect charge. The staff took our information and promised to call us back. A manager called us back a few hours later and told my wife that the store would not refund the overcharge as the sale had ended one day before we bought the items. When my wife pointed out the sales signs were still posted, the manager said that was not possible as they had been taken down the previous day. And yet, both my wife and I saw the signs. 【個人的な感想】(2021/9/14)

9/9に【店舗】内にある《ケンタッキー》へ来店（ＫＦＣアプリに､オリジナルチキン🍗無料クーポン券 が届いており利用する為｡）した時《同店舗内》全部を見たワケでは無いが､リニューアル工事？していた様で､綺麗になっていた｡

(ＫＦＣブースもリフォーム？済｡)

ただ自宅からは､かなり遠い（目の病気により､運転免許証【返納】しとる為､チャリ🚲で片道40分弱｡）上に行きは殆ど上り坂ばかりな点が､超〜マイナスポイント｡

(車なら10〜15分程度も運転したらアカンのでね😅)

一応､同店舗の最寄り駅（伊予鉄の梅本駅）からも､徒歩だと10分くらい掛かるのもマイナス｡

(徒歩時間には個人差があります｡)

ちなみに💡

《フジグラン松山》は､自宅からチャリ🚲で行くと重信店よりも遠い距離｡

だが､伊予鉄（郊外🚃と､路面🚃）乗り継げば､最寄り駅から徒歩２分程度かな｡

🚃運賃（乗換分込み）を考えれば､重信店の方が､断然にエエ（往復運賃の合計600円強が別途課金｡）が､利用するのは､店舗内にある《ＫＦＣ🍗》のみやし…
