There's this staffs specifically who is really aggressive, but when it comes to japanese she is all full with smiles. Today I accidentally, put my basket on the wrong side of self paying machine she came aggressively put my basket on the other side. Me putting my basket on the wrong side does not affect anyone and she doesn't have to act aggressively like that. Seriously, she seems racist. Will give her -10 on her customer service. Why are such people who are in customer service if they can't respect customers equally. It's not like I even bothered anyone nor made her do something.

Oh and one of the employee's charged me high one day. Bad customer service for a supermarket who is marketed as a good one. There are better supermarkets than this. The customer service here is terrible. Just few employees who are really...
