M.S.B hamburger & sandwich — Restaurant in Tsukuba

Gourmet burger at it's finest. Not exaggerating but may be the best burger I've tasted in Japan. I have been coming back to this place for 3 years. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They make their own buns, their own ketchup. The beef flavor-packed patty feels fresh, juicy, meaty, and well-seasoned. Even their potatoes are not like any other. If there's a place in Tsukuba that one must visit, this is definitely worth visiting.

Aesthetically, it looks like a very nice burger. I liked the fresh veggies and good cheese. However, the patty was hard to chew. You can tell it was cooked slow and low and was poorly ground. It had lots of tendon-like pieces that I had to spit out as I was eating it. Additionally, it was overpriced (cheeseburger w/small fries for ¥1200+tax). I know they just opened, so I hope they can improve. Very nice...

The burgers were so delicious!! Although the price is a little high, it's worth it because of their generous amount. The buns were so soft and slightly crispy on the outside.
