The facility consists of the mail hall ( capacity of 1,308 seats ), mini hall ( capacity of 394 seats ), + 6 dressing rooms and 4 rooms for bands or stage performers to practice their performance as well as their rehearsal hall with capacity to hold 100 people and exhabition room with a capacity for 150 people. The entire ficility mainly offers a space for stage performances for musical bands and dance performers. Other cases they provide spaces as a venue to hold seminars and ceremonies.

Or via JR Uji station ( 7 minutes by bus from here ). Another choice is via Kintetsu line to Okubo station ( 25 minutes by bus ) from here to Biwakoguchi stop. From Biwakoguchi stop to Uji Bunka center it takes about 10 minutes on foot. They have a large parking space for 250 cars. It is built on the side of Higashiyama Park.
